Generate WebLink URLs

This activity creates Web (http://) URLs for opening documents and folders in WebLink. The URLs are made available as tokens that you can use in other activities in your workflow definition.

Example: You can insert the token this activity generates in an e-mail. The recipient of the e-mail can use the generated URL to access a read-only copy of the entry without having the Laserfiche Client installed.

How does this activity look in the Designer Pane?

To add this activity to a workflow definition

Drag it from the Toolbox Pane and drop it in the Designer Pane.

To configure this activity

Select the activity in the Designer Pane to configure the following property boxes in the Properties Pane.
